• Change of mind — as our items are pre-owned, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Not as described — if an item arrives significantly not as described (for example, the wrong item, or damage that was not shown in the listing), you may request a return.
• Time limit — return requests must be made within 5 days of the item being delivered.
• Return shipping — if a return is approved, Achoon-ya covers the return shipping cost.
• Refunds — approved returns are fully refunded once the item is received back. Partial refunds are generally not offered.
