If an item arrives significantly not as described β the wrong item, or damage that wasn't shown in the listing β you may request a return.

Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery, so please check your figure soon after it arrives.
π We cover return shipping
If a return is approved, Achoon-ya pays the return shipping cost β a genuine issue should never cost you money.
π° Full refund
Approved returns are fully refunded once the item arrives back with us. Partial refunds are generally not offered.

As our items are pre-owned collectibles, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind β every listing shows detailed condition notes and photos to help you decide with confidence.
